Individual Health and Balance | A 4-Day Retreat

Get away into the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains to unwind, unplug, and focus on developing yourself as a more powerful, inspirational and influential leader. Replenish your energies and renew physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually in this inspiring 4-day Individual Health and Balance program.

Leadership requires a solid personal foundation and the development of personal capacity to meet the needs of any organization, whether a business, organization, team family or even one’s own life. Your learning from this experiential, interactive workshop will assist you in exploring the state of your health and how to maintain a state of optimal health even in highly stressful situations. Participants will learn to work with beliefs that support success.

You will leave the workshop equipped with:

  • A practical holistic framework for examining personal health and balance
  • Simple and duplicable tools for achieving and maintaining long-term personal health and regaining balance rapidly, enhancing personal capacity to thrive in constant change
  • Working knowledge of the basics of working with a Medicine Wheel as a tool for individual health and balance, including understanding of the archetypes that are embedded in use of the Medicine Wheel
  • Knowledge of how to increase your personal capacity to work within complex and energy draining situations by learning to attend to your personal energy and energy leakages
  • An understanding of the importance of relationships, that are based on genuine contact, to achieve results beyond your expectations
  • An understanding of the relationship of your inner change with the external change you are seeking in your life, and the necessity of the change beginning with you
  • Homework to last a lifetime if the participant so chooses
