The book also guides you through the wide variety of options available for making your basic green smoothie even more of a nutritional powerhouse and offers a variety of different flavor combinations.
Out of the Box is an eCookbook filled with simple and delicious recipes based on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The book was inspired by a collection of recipes created from ingredients found in our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) box. While the foods are local to me here in Ontario, Canada, they are also grown across North America and Europe.
